My family and I were supposed to be staying there for a week, I called the front office to confirm our reservations and the lady that answered was so rude for no reason. THAT was red flag #1. As we arrived we were met by a literal crack head right in front of the "lobby". When we where going to check in we were met be the same rude lady from the phone who basically through us our key cards and said to "go check if our rooms were ready" so we did. THE first room had a horrible smell and flies over, BUT THE SECOND ROOM!!! Filled with beer bottles and cigarette butts the whole room smelled like alcohol and cigarettes. We had to wait another hour while the cleaning lady cleaned up everything. And even after my family and spent another hour disinfecting the rooms our selves.
The next day we all got up early to go out except for
My brother who wanted to stay in. About two hours later my brother calls me panicking because TWO COMPLETE STRANGERS WENT IN TO HIS ROOM!! So I called the front office/lobby and this RUDE man answered. When I told him what was going on he yelled at me and hung up on me..... that place is horrible HORRIBLE.

Se supona que mi familia y yo nos quedaramos all durante una semana, llam a la recepcin para confirmar nuestras reservaciones y la seora que respondi fue muy grosera sin ningn motivo. ESA fue la bandera roja #1. Cuando llegamos, lo primero que vimos fue un drogadicto justo en frente del la "recepcin". Cuando bamos a registrarnos, nos encontramos con la misma seora grosera del telfono que bsicamente nos avent nuestras tarjetas de acceso y dijo: "Vayan a ver si sus habitaciones estaban listas", as que lo hicimos. La primera habitacin tena un olor horrible y moscas por todas partes, PERO LA SEGUNDA HABITACIN! Lleno de botellas de cerveza y colillas de cigarrillos, toda la habitacin ola a alcohol y cigarrillos. Tuvimos que esperar una hora ms mientras la seora de la limpieza limpiaba todo. E incluso despus de ella, mi familia pas otra hora desinfectando las habitaciones.
Al da siguiente todos nos levantamos temprano para salir excepto mi hermano que quera quedarse. Aproximadamente dos horas despus, mi hermano me llama en pnico porque DOS COMPLETOS DESCONOCIDOS ENTRARON A SU HABITACIN. As que llam a la recepcin/vestbulo y este hombre GROSERO respondi.
