Rob Watson is a very caring human being who takes the well-being of his clients very seriously. He's trustworthy and knows his business well. Rob explains things very clearly, in a way that I can understand and relate to, something I've never experienced before with an insurance agent! I live in the Santa Cruz mountains and was not able to get insurance because of the fire threat.  I tried State Farm, and many others.  All denied.  Even the cal safe state insurance denied me.I then tried Rob Watson with Farmers.  His assistant Lori is AMAZING.  She is on it, responsive, quick, jovial and gets the job done.  We had to try a few times, and keep working on it, but she kept me on track and within a few weeks of working with both Rob and her, boom, I had insurance for my property.  I thank them, and whole heartedly recommend them.Aaron Lodge, Esq.  (Santa Cruz CA)

Rob did a fantastic job in getting my clients a homeowners insurance quote quickly in a fire hazard area when we needed to close escrow. He is very responsive and professional.
