        Ive Been going With Torrentera Tax Services for over 5 years. Very first time I went, everything was good, service and all. But as time has gone by they seem to care less and less. It has never taken me over 2 months to receive my taxes in direct deposit. Long story short. Ive called 3 times. Every excuse is short every time. The reason i will not be going back is because on the last call i made, I asked a very simple question to the lady in the front desk. I asked her When did u send my taxes out? Its been over 2 months And she could not respond to me . Had no answer. How do you not know these basic questions that Are in your computer. ? Overall thank you for your services through the years . But I do not feel like I am being helped at your fullest potential.
