McDonald's

Waited at the drive through speaker for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Ordered a simple chocolate shake. The ten minute wait to get the shake was less than impressive. Once I received the shake it was half melted. They made it as soon as I ordered it and left it to sit on the counter to melt. Was more chocolate milk than Chocolate shake and no receipt

This place for being a fresh remodel is a filthy pig pen!! Trash blowing in the parking lot then get inside same thing looked like a tornado came through trash cans full trash everywhere floor tables windowsills , we won't talk about bathroom, just I went to the pilot to use theirs

This was the most horrible experience. We waited at the drive through for 30 minutes. They took our order, read it back correctly. Finally got to the window to pay. They reread the order wrong and we corrected it. Then got to the pickup window and had to retell them our order. Mind you the only thing we changed on our order, was ham on the McGriddles instead of sausage. They gave us the two pieces of bread and a slice of ham in each one nothing else. And they forgot our other McGriddle, which had no changes. For as long as we were there and as many times as they asked us our order. I feel it should of been correct. I will never stop at this one again.

EMPLOYEE'S HAVE CUTS AND BANDAGES ON HANDS ARE NOT USING GLOVES WHILE HANDLING FOOD! I asked for a refund due to concerns of food born illness. Ryan yelled that I am a maniac for asking him for a refund. He also told me he bagged it himself but I watched the employee outside smoking a cigarette run in quickly as I pulled away from the drive thru speaker. They came directly in and bagged my food without washing there hands. Thats when I noticed the cuts and bandages. None of the employees wear name tags so it is impossible to identify who is who without directly asking for a name. Ryan tried very hard to get me triggered but I maintained my composure and was calm even though it was 5:45 am and I was being yelled at by a mcdonalds manager for a $5 sandwich. I did see the employee with the bandages put in a pair of gloves while they listened to my conversation with Ryan.

This McDonald's is in south Weed California.. Take this 1at Weed exit it across from Chevron .. This McDonald's is clean and fast. Staff is nice and makes you feel welcomed.. Plenty of parking and disability access..The food is made fresh and clean. Food is typical McDonald's food. Prices are same as all McDonald's. Drive thru is fast and has 2 ordering boards.. I think the best part about this McDonald's is you can see the amazing and magical Mount Shasta Volcano Mountain while you eat your food.. Great opportunity for pictures and pleasure... I give it 10 Stars because it's has the best View you could ask for while eating fast food .
