Comfort Inn Mount Shasta Area

I looked and paid extra money for a place with a jacuzzi. When I got there they said the jacuzzi is closed due to it being seasonal. It would've been nice to be informed that the jacuzzi does not operate in this current season when we booked the reservation. We are just here for the night on a road trip and would've just gotten a cheaper hotel knowing the jacuzzi was out of service.

Is it dirty or stained?? There was a lot of that at this hotel. From the room curtains and shower molding to the chairs in the breakfast area. The carpet in the room was definitely dirty with a fairly large sticky area - gross. We'll stay somewhere else next time.

Great service, breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable. Rooms: Rooms are very comfortable. Walkability: Small but compact. There's a staircase (if you don't want to take the elevator) but when I was at the hotel in January, the stairwell was much colder compared to the rest of the hotel.
