The two girls working on April 29,2023 around 12pm were two of the most sweetest girls ever; they made the environment beyond welcoming. Great customer service! Very clean and organized store as well.

The new employees they have are very very rude. They dont know what good customer service is. Id say maybe a little prejudice.

When I first started coming here to pick up my online orders the girls that worked then were super nice and helpful and I always got great customer service. But recently my experience with my last two orders have been a nightmare two weeks ago I went into the store to pick up 2 of my orders and they said that only one was there I had ask them twice to please check again and she did but with a attitude but she found it and then apologized which I accepted and all was great and this last trip to the store I went to pick up 4 items and again they only gave me two so this time I pulled out my phone and showered her the app with all my orders and I let her know that I also had emails say that all my items were ready for pick up and she assured my that those two items were the only ones there so again I asked her to please check again and when she did she found the rest of my items. This is so frustrating just the attitude and them making it seems like I just didnt know what I was talking about and then telling me that my items were at another location and not there when my pick up emails where saying that they had be delivered there. Im done with this store I have two girls that I am always buying them clothes here year round and also too it was more convenient for me to shop here but Im going to shop somewhere else.

The store associates were very friendly and helpful. I normally do not shop in stores, but I had to return some shoes that I bought which were too small. Decided to come here during the busy hours, but I got my issue resolved. The store was also very organized, but they did run out of some sizes since they were also having a shoe sale that day.
