My husband handled our taxes both personal and for our business for years. This year, we realized that he has dementia. I have no accounting experience or expertise. We were solicited by Juan and at first, everything seemed fine. Then I got my first bill for $5,200 without any accompanying details. I was shocked and requested billing history so I could support these charges. I've never heard of someone sending a bill for that amount without supporting documentation. Juan was offended that I asked! To do our personal taxes, they need access to our personal tax file from last year. Juan has been here several times and did not get those files. Instead, he keeps asking my husband, whom he knows has dementia, for reporting. These reporting requests are happening on almost a daily basis. This is exactly the reason I needed an accountant to handle reporting. He is a bookkeeper and his wife, Erika, is the accountant. Unfortunately, we have to deal with him and he wants to have a power struggle with me. As soon as our taxes are done, we're moving on. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with Juan. Erika is capable, Juan is problematic.

Juan Flores to my rescue!!!!! I'm beyond thankful for his amazing help within taking care of my very time sensitive tax issues and right in the nick of time as well! He made himself available for me even though he was extremely busy with other clients and scheduled me in without hesitation. Not only was he very friendly and caring of my VERY detailed IRS situation, he was also incredibly knowledgable and efficient with preparing all my paperwork making sure everything was perfectly organized and correct. Getting your taxes done is one thing but getting your taxes done the RIGHT way, is what ALL of us want.  If you feel this way, then by all means give this place a try.  Honesty and professionalism is their name, getting your taxes done the right way is their game.  They  have year round tax services, hence my review.  I have gone to many tax preparers and Premier Services is by far the best one out there.

Ok I'll share some information about how started doing business with premiere services,I'm and owner of small construction company  ,as a new on the field I was looking for and Acountant that can help me get my company on the compliance with the government to avoid Uncle Sam workers to knock on your door , and I found premiere services and decided to give them a call ,a few minutes chatting about the services they provide I decided that they were was I was looking for and set up and appointment,we talked about the needs of my company and we signed the deal and I couldn't be happier that I found them ,very friendly reliable and on top of you company needs ,I highly recommend them,you won't be disappointed  thank you Erica  and Juan for all the great service.
