my worst experience for a cleaning. Belinda Simonian did not use an assistant, instead tried to handle the assisstants job and cleaning herself, very rough and unnecessary with no reguard to my discomfort while she worked. The chairs in the facility are in ripped condition, with no covers for their poor condition.
The receptionist tried to charge me for a fluoride treatment (50.00) which I did not request, I refused this treatment. Then the Person who polished teeth after cleaning tried to include Fluoride, which I had to again refuse.
Do not recommend without a second opinion from another Dental establishment. If you do go for cleaning, I prefer Natalie Mann.

I am a new patient and made an appointment for today at 3:30. I did all of the pre-appointment forms online so that I wouldn't have to wait long once I got there. I even got there a little early just in case they needed anything from me. I was told to sit and wait which I proceeded to do for the next hour. I watched every single person who checked in after me be admitted within 1 to 2 minutes. After the hour had gone by I decided to leave. I had specifically made my appointment for 3:30 because I knew I would have to leave that office at 5:00 and a dental cleaning usually lasts about an hour. And then they had the audacity to call me and tell me that the doctor was waiting for me. I'm sorry I don't sit there for an hour and wait until you are ready for me. It goes both ways. If I have to wait an hour to see you then I will be taking my business elsewhere.

All 4/5 star reviews are just fake. They took X-rays over X-rays, gave me a quote of 3K+, and didn't work on cleaning up my teeth. I went to another doctor, and none of the items in the quote were needed. Just straight cleaning. This place is full of arrogant people, and overbilling is what they do. They should be kicked out of the West Valley. Residents, BEWARE !
