The Estate Sale Guru

Family items in an Estate Sale are "Priceless" to the owner, but only to the owner. Don't consider an Estate Sale as a way to make top dollar, because that isn't the purpose. It is to find a new home for cherished items that you grew up with or your family had. The Estate Sale Guru was exactly the help I needed. Rusty and his team, Jeannette and Rafael, were very professional and knowledgeable of the items that I had. They went through everything and created a wonderful display of decades of my memories. That alone brought back wonderful memories and laughter. A lot of items found a new home, and I am truly grateful for their assistance in this difficult time. I would definitely use them again. Rusty and his wonderful team did our very large estate sale this December 2018. It was run perfectly! We highly recommend them for their professionalism and organization. We owe them a huge debt of gratitude because we decided that we desperately needed help during the busy Christmas season. Without much time, they came in and sorted cleaned, researched and priced. It was a daunting task due to it being a packed 5,000 square foot house with four bedrooms, upstairs family room and a two-car garage. The house was crammed with belongings after being lived in for forty years. The team placed our family heirlooms carefully and researched them for a fair asking price. We felt that Rusty and Andrew really cared that we were satisfied and were willing to go the extra mile at all times. We especially appreciated Rusty and his team for being reliable experts in estate sales during a stressful time for our family. Five stars!

BEWARE! WARNING!! Rusty and his staff were so nice and professional during the setup and sale of my family's estate. 40 years and 5 bedrooms all laid out professionally. Thousands of dollars in artwork. They were polite, respectful, and supportive of our family and our things. Unfortunately when the sale was completed Rusty took over 30 of my mother's pieces of artwork on consignment with the promise that within 30 days he would sell or return the artwork. This was 6 months ago. He has not returned our art, and still owes us money from the sale. We have received a message that the check was in the mail, and an I am not sure why you have not received the check. No effort to return the art, or pay what we are owed. In addition there was an item stolen at the sale that he has not yet replaced as well. I would NEVER recommend them. I did some research with the BBB and there is another client that has similar complaints about not returning items taken on Consignment. Really shady the way he took the art and now will not respond to us. Rusty took advantage of my family, and we were burned!
