Living (renting) here for three years. Thats a disaster, only view is a benefit. Constant electric or water outages, iNCrEdibly High electric bills, not responsive and responsible management, no street lights, lots of issues in the house and management doesnt help.
Dont recommend to buy, rent or invest here.

Let me start off by stating that I am a homeowner here and have been since 2018! This is my point of view and many other homeowners like me share the same thoughts! First of all when I purchased my home first home here I was pretty excited! The location was great, the view, the pros of getting away from the city were all great! With that in mind, the person who was in charge at that time Ron wasnt too sure if I would be able to live here! At one point even asking if I could pay 10 months in advance of space rent! Yeah, unbelievable! I payed my home cash and even though I had the money, I felt a bit targeted! I had to write a letter on similar to an essay and finally it was all good from there! Then, when cove bought the park the person in charge Tammy of management was AMAZING! Always on top of things, always worked with everyone and was accessible to everyone as well! Not o mention Rachel was also great! 2021 and here we go, for starters the meters for electricity are way over with some people being charged thousands! Yes THOUSANDS! My electric bill is in the hundreds and even I think is a bit higher than normal! Second, we have a gym which we need an appointment to use? And only till 4:30pm really? Lets be real here! Whos truly here before 4:30pm? I used to be able to go at 8pm and felt good knowing I could go that late! You guys are seriously dropping the ball here! Third, nobody is ever at the office, no phone calls are returned, land space statements are very late and the email system is a joke! This was ever an issue before but believe me, it is now! Im not sure whats going on here but this is what we as a community are paying very expensive land space rent for! With all this, would I recommend you, a future buyer to live here? I cant say I do now! Look somewhere else because its become a golden cage here!
