The technitions that showed up were nice and professional. They worked quickly to identify a problem that the Directtv guy had no apparent interest in finding the week before. Very Satisfied with the service from A&A!

I've been with A&A Satellite over 2 years. Just recently, I tried to get a simple answer on the service, working with Joel. He strung me along for over 6 weeks, wouldn't respond to emails timely nor would he keep his promises in getting back to me. The final response today was "we don't support it". I can't believe they took 6 weeks to give me this response. Hopefully, the problem is isolated to one rep.

I spent $500 for a year of what was quoted as 200 Mbps internet access. After it was installed and I bought a router that actually had gigabit Ethernet jacks, I was getting 420 Mbps, over double what I paid for! And I just got an email this morning saying that I was getting a free upgrade to 1 Gbps! Incredible.

Internet Service has become quite the necessity in life, and internet providers are as common as coffee shops, well, A&A Satellite is the artisan gourmet coffee of ISP's. When I found that A&A Satellite served my building I signed up and had service very quickly. There is nothing as exciting as taking your cable modem and handing it back to the cable company and saying 'I'd like to cancel my service!' Top notch service A&A Satellite!

A&A went above and beyond to install my television properly. Originally, they had a very unprofessional employee who mounted my television very sloppily, however after I contacted them... I found out that employee had been fired shortly after working at my house, and the owner of A&A himself came out and personally repaired the work and installed a free cord cover. They also refunded me the install cost. Overall, it started as a rough situation... but the way this company eagerly and proactively corrected the issues... really speaks volumes for how professional they are. I will absolutely have them back the next time I need a television installed and mounted!!
