        Don't bother even calling unless your credit score is a 600. Doesn't matter that your rent has always been paid or that you leave the place as it was when you moved in. All about the credit score!

      Hello Ernesto,I'm sorry we could not have been more help in your rental search. Because we do not own any of the rentals we manage we are bound by a standard set of guidelines agreed to with our property owners. Credit, income and rental history are all we have to qualify prospective applicants. Another company may have different qualifications or you might try a private party landlord who does not run credit reports.Good luck and take care,Brad Maynard
