I recently visited Jiffy Lube for a routine service, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, I was met with a complete lack of acknowledgment from the staff. No greeting, no smile, just blank stares. It felt unwelcoming and impersonal from the get-go. Throughout the service, the atmosphere remained chilly. The employees seemed disinterested and went through the motions without any engagement or communication. It left me feeling like just another number in their system, rather than a valued customer. Furthermore, the lack of communication extended to the service itself. Overall, my experience at Jiffy Lube was disappointing. The absence of basic courtesy and communication made for a frustrating and uncomfortable visit. I hope they can address these issues to provide a more positive experience for future customers.
