Massage Heights Westlake Village

The 90 minute facial consisted more of a massage. Had I wanted a massage I would have gladly scheduled and paid for one no problem. I would not recommend this site for facials.

Last massage therapist was terrible. Manager, Tanya is aggressive and not customer friendly. Will not allow me to speak to franchise owners Becky Leehey or Kelly Hoyman. They have been charging my credit card monthly for over two years and due to the pandemic I have only been able to have one massage. I now have 23 massages I am giving up as I must use within 90 Days as they will not allow me to run them off with my wife at the same time. ONE STAR RATING IS TOO HIGH

I was coming here for awhile, seeing Chelsea, and the massages were amazing. Also had a couple other therapists and the massages were good. The low stars are not about the therapists but about the difficulty in communication via the phone and email with the spa.I had several calls that were directed to email, which was never answered. I had put my account on hold, paying $10 a month because I was unable to use the massages I had acquired, and was assured that I could call when I wanted to use them and resign up. This was after a lot of follow up on my end, about half of my emails were ignored. And it lapsed long enough for them to charge me for another massage (which they did reverse).Recently, I learned that they just cancelled my membership, I couldn't use the accrued massages, and never got an email back. Remembering how difficult it was to get responses, I didn't want to put more energy into.
