Loved working with Marianna! She was so great with walking me through each and every step of what can ultimately be a really scarry and foreign territory especially for a first time home buyer! She didn't ever pressure me but instead was there to answer any questions and worked closely with my agent at each twist and turn (and offer) we made. In the end I am so happy in my first home and couldn't have done it without her!

Marianna and dignified home loans were a breath of fresh air from day 1. I was looking for a lender to buy my new home and was working with a few brokers. I was highly stressed and confused and I felt like I wasn't getting much answers from any of the companies I was working with, they were taking days to respond to a simple question and they didn't seem to care at all. When I spoke with Marianna about what was going on she was kind and sympathetic and asked if she could give me an estimate on the new home. The estimate was clear, to the point, the interest rate was better and the closing costs were much less than any of the other lenders/brokers we spoke with. While working with Marianna, I had a lot of questions and concerns and she was always responsive, reassuring and very knowledgeable, the final few days of closing were very difficult because of the escrow company and Marianna was on top of everything!! She and dignified home loans went above and beyond for me and my family to make sure we closed on time despite the issues the escrow company kept throwing our way. I will no doubt be using dignified home loans with Marianna next time I purchase a home and refer everyone I know buying a home to her. I'm so incredibly appreciative of everything she's done for us over the time we worked together, it's very comforting knowing your lender has your back and truly cares about what your going through. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Marianna and Dignified Home loans. Thank you so much Marianna!!!

Wonderful and easy experience from start to finish. I appreciate how the lender only required the necessary information that was needed for the loan. (Sometimes lenders ask for all of your accounts/investments instead of what you'll used to pay for the loan.) Marianna kept us informed of every step. She is professional & knowledgeable.

Marianna has been such a pleasure to work with during the entirety of our home buying process. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable!!! She stays on top of everything and is very organized... She even helped me find a realtor and I could not have asked for a better realtor or home loan officer to work with during my first home purchase. When I had any questions I would give Marianna a call or send her a txt and she always got back to me in a timely manner. Absolutely LOVED working with her.  Thank you Marianna!
