A service technician was dispatched to my home on 11/2/2022. His inspection revealed a need to fully replace my heating system. He promised a report to the warranty ckmpany within a week and ENSURED me he would get as much information submitted to warrant an approval. After ghosting me for over 3 weeks, they communicate the professional findings based on a visual inspection which resulted in a denial. Til this day, I cant get anyone to call me back and have received only one response via text message. I need answers. Meanwhile, my kids are sick due to the extreme cold weather we have been exposed to for the past month. Do not use this company! Service: Heating system repair

We opened a claim through our home warranty company on this morning (8/14/22) and within An hour I had received a call from this company asking me if I was available today for them to come. He said he would send me a text when he was on his way, which he did and arrived within the allotted time he gave. He told me it would take about two hours but once he got here he was here no more than 30 minutes and went above and beyond to make sure that our AC was working and in tiptop shape. I couldnt believe how quickly they responded and were able to come the same day and on a Sunday and fix it before it got too over 100 in the next few days. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again! Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair, Repair HVAC
