Citrus Court Apartments

Scheduled an appointment to view apartments but when I showed up the office was closed, the area is dirty and needs fixing.

This is a great place to live! I have had a great time living here and never had a problem. The units are clean and remodeled. Everyone is always very helpful and I have never had issue.

I have lived in the citrus apartments for 3 years and have had a great experience here. The apartment staff is great! They help you out with whatever maintenance or help u need within a timely matter. The units are remodeled so it makes everything more clean looking. I have not had a bad experience here .

Just ended my lease. I wouldn't recommend anyone to renew or even start a stay at this establishment. Units were poorly maintenanced. Roaches in the unit, peeling paint from lack of ventilation in bathrooms, old outdated wall mount heater units without electric or remote start (burned hair on my hand to get it lit). Security gate was broken for most of my stay, only got fixed, temporarily, around move in season. Homeless would enter property leaving trash, fecal matter and drug paraphernalia at dumpsters. Management lacks communication with tenants unless cornered at their office.

I wouldn't give this place a star, rent is to high, hot water will get cut off often, the maintenance is awful (Mickey mouse job), and the worse fees for pets keep going up at ridiculous $$$. The pool is always dirty, you have to pay for parking. The Google pictures online it's nothing like the place no updates. The management is the worst, there's roaches rats and always see the pest control techs in the DEWY truck doing nothing just sitting on their phones. Thats the experience at Citrus Court Apartments. And there's no way to contact corporate for this place to put a complaint. I wouldn't give this place one star, the rent is too high, the hot water goes off frequently, the maintenance is horrible (Mickey Mouse job) and the worst pet fees keep going up to ridiculous $$$. Management is the worst, there are roaches, rats and you always see the pest control guys parked in their DEWY truck doing nothing but on their phones.
