Avoid this place!!! Ignore all the fake five-star reviews from fake google accounts. We are proceeding with litigation to correct the wrongs here. I have also contacted a watchdog organization who's opening a case on this. I will update this review as that process unfolds.

I wanted to acknowledge Lorraine Delgado, Leasing Consultant, for being such a pleasure to work with. She always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She is professional and always responds in a timely manner. She cares about the community and I wanted to express my gratitude to her.

I moved in from Mission Viejo back in March of this year, and my family and I have had a great experience at Kendallwood so far. The community is well-kept, safe, and peaceful. Our unit is remodeled and has all the amenities we need including a washer and dryer. The location of these apartment homes is excellent, right next to the Whittwood Town Center. Lastly and most importantly, today I had a leak in my kitchen sink, and it was promptly and professionally taken care of by Jessica and Erwin. Thank you Kendallwood for creating a great experience! *Update My garbage disposal wasn't working and I got it fixed the same day by David Frazer. Thank you for such excellent service!
