I want to recommend this shop for its honesty and integrity.    I went in today for an estimate to fix a loose side panel on the backside of my 450e Mbz, AMG.  I was told by friends and family that it was going to cost an arm and a leg simply because of the model.  The gentleman that helped me took out what seemed like his pocket knife and in true McGyver style (dating myself), fixed it in less than 5 minutes.  HE REFUSED TO CHARGE ME ANYTHING OR ACCEPT ANYTHING from me.   I cant say how much i appreciate what he did today when so many others would have taken advantage. I had two different incidents with my car, I took to Hovik's shop for repair and he did his magic! He's professional and reliable. My car looked like new when I took it from the shop. He helps you to find the best deals in the market to get your car repair. He does an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

John has taken excellent care of my car. Unfortunately, I've had two incidents- vandalism and a hit and run. Both times, John took my car and restored it to previous condition. He's extremely knowledgeable, well experienced, honest, and communicative. Highly recommend Star City!

I won't be going to any other body shop EVER again!!My car got side swiped a few months back and had to get my bumper replaced! Hovik helped me out tremendously! Excellent customer service. I loveeeee how my car turned out! So happy with the results
