Dr.Peggy Kang is not a good doctor, no smile much unfriendly, unprofessional, people usually say doctors getting older will have more experience, she looks old enough, and shame on her.

I just filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairsthey hired a new office manager Laura Ramos. She is without a doubt the most unethical office manager I have ever encountered. She confirmed the price of my services over the phone, I asked for an invoice, she sent me an invoice for MORE THAN DOUBLE the amount that I agreed to pay for the service. She is a fraudulent scam artist. Medi-cal will be investigating this doctors office for their heinous scams against their clients. STAY AWAY!! Do not bring your family here!!

Unreliable service, made an app said they will call to verify if the dentist will be available, they never called. I called them and no answer at all .

For me, I would given no stars. how in heck they got a licensed to practice! I get better care at PetSmart.

They do not follow up with referrals.  They say they sent it in, then when you call the insurance, the insurance says they didn't receive anything.  The dentist there is very rough.  I have never been to a dentist that leaves your mouth raw from the tools!  When she gave me my shot of novocaine, she hit a nerve and I thought I was going to go through the roof.  Instead of saying sorry...she said "oh, you are very sensitive". ????  Ive been going to the dentist my entire life....I have never gone to such a strange dentist office.  My sister had warned me, but since I have an HMO, I didn't have much of a choice.  Pick someone else.  Im telling you ahead of time.
