Farmers Insurance - Enrique Carlos

If you need a good insurance deal please go to them! Briana was so nice and her customer service was the best. Not only that but they referred me to a body shop because my previous insurance wouldnt help, so they referred me and helped me with everything! Briana is really nice and she got us every discount possible! she bundled up our home, auto, life, so come to Briana and Enrique! If I had to trust agents with insurance it will be them. Come to them theyre the best! Thank you again to Briana!!!

Briana was really nice and hooked it up with an IUL life insurance policy and auto policy I was referred by my cousin, and she never refers but when she does you know its good. they have great customer service and they are pretty cool with explaining I got triple the coverage and Im paying way less, they also do explain everything throughly and helped me explain how insurance works. Thanks Briana! Youre awesome!!

Today I was shopping around for insurance, I just bought a new car and had to switch my insurance policy, my bill was going to be coming out to $500 a month. Briana helped me out over at farmers insurance and helped me get the best deal. Not only is it lower than my previous policy but it covers more and Im spending less!! She was Great and very patient with me, although I am not familiar with the process she explained everything very well which made it easier to understand.

Enrique Carlos and Brianna Ruiz have both proven to show the absolute BEST customer service that I have ever experienced with any insurance agency. I am totally impressed by the way that the handle themselves, and I truly appreciate that they really seem to be looking out for our needs. Dealing with insurance can often be an incredibly monotonous and frustrating experience. However, both Enrique and Brianna are a pleasure to deal with--courteous, patient, and just nice people in general. Their communication is top-notch, and their knowledge of this industry and all of the potential ways that you could save on your premiums is a game-changer. They are proactive, responsive to inquiries whenever you need them, and overall, a breeze to deal with. I pretty much just got lucky that they were the ones who took over this agency.
