Had a plumbing problem, called up and Richard came out right away took care of the problem, showed me where the problem was at and recommended work for the future. Highly recommended!

We called Elite to come out and snake our main sewer lines since we have a reoccurring root infiltration issue. They were able to send out a plumber same day, unfortunately he was not the most experienced fellow and did not help our situation at all (I'll leave it at that). The same night we spoke to Elijah who scheduled a technician to come out the following day. Richard showed up on time and was able to quickly clean out our pipes and get things flowing again using his hydro jet system. He was highly knowledgeable and thorough, even gave us a good price on the service. He took the extra time to explain every possible detail along the way and provided recommendations for moving forward with repairing our old pipes. I'm so pleased to have been graced with Richard (and his assistant Vincent) to properly and professionally handle the job. I look forward to working with him for our future plumbing projects and as our main technician. Definitely request Richard to come out, you'll be in good hands.
