Ramon and Sandy have been a godsend! I was referred to them by a close friend who raved about their past experiences with them. This was my first time selling property (mobile home), so needless to say I needed a lot of hand holding. Ramon and Sandy explained everything thoroughly for me every step of the way. We ran into complications because the mobile home park had such strict requirements that it made it hard for buyers to qualify. This resulted in escrow falling through TWICE because buyers kept getting denied. Just as I was starting to lose hope, Ramon and his team went above and beyond, and made the impossible possible. Despite the challenges, we still were able to sell the property at pretty much the listed price! I am so grateful for Ramon and his teams help!
