I took my car to be aligned, because on the right side the front was misaligned (the tire was tucked in) they did nothing to it, they only gave me a paper where I specified the degrees, the before and after, the before camber and caster are in red 3.0 ,3.7 ,and the after red 3.0 3.7. It's still the same, they didn't do anything to him. It is a shame that these things happen in this company. The treatment of the staff is not excellent, it is passable, the problem is that the staff does not supervise the work and that is how they gave it to me, if we want to have a strong country we have to change, because Difficult times are coming.

The staff is very attentive, fast, and accurate. I was a walk-in on a Sunday, and they were able to take me immediately.

I took my car in for an oil change a rotation of my tires. And they did not do that my tires rotation because the tires were in the same spot. because I mark my tires to be sure they were changed and they were not. I called and the person that helped me said they did, I said no because I mark my tires and they were in the same spot this is fraud. I have filled a complaint and taking my car to the dealership to ensure that they actually even charged the oil I do not trust them. Beware if you take your car to these places because they charge for services not rendered and their corporate office dont seem to care if you call to complain. I called and was hung up on three times until the third person took my call. When I began to explain to him what happened he basically was making me feel like I was lying. I told him I dont mind paying for the oil change which I dont even know if they actually did but I refuse to be charged for rotation of tires that didnt get taken care of nor do I want their lifetime warranty for the alignment. I dont trust this organization and I will not recommend anyone to them ever beware people.
