Bear creek dental is always a great experience. I feel well taken care of from the moment I walk in the door.
Dr. Pollock is the best. I highly recommend this office.
Just scheduled a whitening and am looking forward to a bright smile.

I just moved to the area and was in desperate need of a new dentist. I had my first appointment with Dr. Messiah and I can honestly say his name suits him well! I need major work done and have extreme anxieties from past dental experiences. Dr. Messiah was kind, understanding and very gentle with me. He was very thorough examining, explaining and reassuring me, leaving me confident I've found the right dentist to take care of my needs. I've already recommended him to friends! Great experience and I highly recommend him and his dental team, they're all great!!

Be careful of up sells is all Im saying. I had an untalented employee, B, make me come back 2-3 times because she couldnt make the right temporary without it messing up on an $9000 bridge job. After demanding a different tech, finally was ok. I believe I was additionally upsold $2200 when not needed. Employees are always often trying to add onto your bill. From now on hard NOs to all upsells, especially here. Also, spent hours in the dental chair with interment visits(lots of upselling) from a variety of employees, the 15 individual rooms are nice, but not when the dentist is bouncing around them constantly. I probably spent 2 three hours days there to get my high price bridge done(unless Im wrong and 9K on a bridge is normal now days) I am shocked at such high reviews, doesnt make sense to me. Call me crazy if you want, Ive spent a life time in customer service though.
