TL:DR Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that will actually take care of you! this place will gaslight you about your symptoms and provide very little if any real care. I was charged $8000 for 5 minutes with an ER tech! Nobody to talk to about this highway robbery, just threats of collections! I went to the ER April 2023 with tingling and numbness in the entirety of both arms and legs, and feeling very faint like I would pass out. Upon arrival, ER staff was very dismissive, telling me that my symptoms were due to a panic attack. And that I shouldn't be there. Er staff took vials of blood, told me they gave me 2 drugs (I watched them administer via IV) and then put me on a saline drip in the waiting room. They had told me they wanted to give me a CT scan. I am very glad this did not happen as I would probably have to file for bankruptcy. One of the drugs they gave me made me incredible restless and uncomfortable. Because I was so restless, the tingling felt better, and ER staff had so asserted that I was crazy for coming to the ER, I chose to leave. I signed an AMA form and left. I have later come to understand that I was having an allergic reaction to ondansetron that nobody in the ER cared to help me with. The experience of this reaction was horrible, it lasted for about 2 weeks. I received a $560 bill for lab tests from a 3rd party, and now have received a bill for $2001. This is in addition to my insurance paying out over $6000. We are talking about 10 minutes of patient contact and about 45 minutes sitting in a waiting room on a saline drip. This hospital charged over $8000. I will never go here again, it is an absolute rip off and nobody even cares about you. This place literally just exists to pretend to give you care and collect all your money. Worst hospital I have ever been to.

Went into the ER with severe abdominal pain at 0430 this morning. I was screaming in agony. Walked in the only person working in the front was a security guard who directed me to sit in a waiting line(still screaming in agony). No staff came to the front for about 30 to 40 minutes. When I finally seen by(a nurse?) I was unhappy(obviously). She was trying to register me. She asked for my birthday about 4 times and told me that I she couldnt find me in their VA system. I am a Veteran with 100% disability. I told her that I didnt know why cause thats my birthday(not happily). She asked if I had a problem and I said yes thats why I was there in the emergency room because I had a medical emergency. She refused to register me because I was not happy. My husband and I eventually left to look for a hospital with good medical staff as my pain somewhat subsided and I had by then calmed down a bit. Ive never been. To a hospital with this lack of care for patients. This ER should be shut down and I will be submitted several formal complaints in hopes that this does not happen to future patients. Update: I went to Rancho Springs ER near this hospital the day after as my pain got very very severe. Turns out, I had a kidney stone stuck in my urethra. They got my back super quickly and immediately gave me meds within 20 min of my arrival. The front and back staff were all amazing and handled my care urgently as you should in an ER! DO NOT GO TO INLAND! Their staff is inexperienced, disrespectful, they lack work ethic and do not care about patients. If you have an emergency find somewhere else as this hospital will not give you proper care. They should be shut down. Im not from around here so it was very scary and concerning when I visited Inland but I feel much better knowing Ranch Springs has proper staff to give medical care.
