Very rude customer service in the floral department. Called and asked if they have carnations and she just reply with No, we dont have carnations. When asked if they have anything similar to it that she could recommend just replies with Nope. I really dont know why you work in the floral department where you have to deal with customers when you have zero politeness and care. No sorry, hope you find somewhere else that had them, anything like that. Very rude and curt. You should quit and give the job opportunity to someone else who has manners and deserves the job more. (Called 5/11/19 at 7:20am)
