F45 is by far the best gym I have ever joined. The staff is so welcoming and supportive. They truly care about your progress and wellbeing . I am 59 years old and I'm the healthiest I've ever been. Thank you F45.

I've been a member at F45 Murrieta North for about 10 months now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best fitness decisions I've ever made. After moving out of Orange County and leaving behind a HIIT gym I loved, I spent years searching for a place that matched my fitness needs. I tried four different gyms in the area before discovering F45, and it's been a game-changer.
One of the standout features of F45 is the consistency in their weekly schedule. Knowing exactly what to expect each day whether it's strength training, cardio, or a hybrid workout allows me to plan my week effectively and ensures a well-rounded fitness regime.
The classes are not just well-structured, but also diverse and inclusive, catering to a wide range of ages with a healthy mix of what Im going to guess is about 30% men and 70% women. But it's the coaches at F45 who are truly the heart of the gym. Their expertise is evident, and their commitment to providing individualized feedback has played a crucial role in my progress.
I recently completed a fitness challenge at F45, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. The trainers on my team (shoutout to Jacob and Bree) went above and beyond to keep me motivated throughout, showing genuine care and support. Their encouragement was a key factor in my success.
The gym itself mirrors the quality of its staff clean, well-maintained, and equipped with just the right amount of good fitness equipment and just enough modern technology. The sense of community here is strong; members are supportive of each other, creating a motivating and friendly environment.
If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the addition of an earlier class in the evening schedule. There are plenty of morning classes to choose from but only 2 night classes. However, this is a very minor aspect and doesn't detract from the overall stellar experience and my satisfaction. I understand this is probably driven by demand and I'm the rare person we prefers night workouts.
F45 Murrieta North has been a transformative part of my fitness journey. Its been so great for me that my wife has just recently joined F45 and is beginning her 1st fitness challenge next month. If you value a gym that offers consistency, professional coaching, and a supportive community, this is the place for you. Highly recommended!
