Inland Valley Regional Medical Center Heliport

Too much unprofessional in the ER it feels like a dmv and the nurses are super clicky. Here 4/8/24 night shift. I will not tolerate being scoffed at.

All the time when I get to this hospital, I have a good experience, except this time, the only problem was I have to wait for long time, the nurse at the front on er,was saying I was only 1 doctor on er,thas was taking to long,I was there from 1am until 9 am..

Honestly this hospital is so unprofessional from the staff to the nurse very very rude especially the emergency department just because we were sent here but never again would much rather drive to Murrieta

Overall, a great hospital as far as level of care, access to labs, and testing goes. The nurses seem a little understaffed. I'm mostly independent luckily but the few times I did have to hit the nurse call button, it took forever for someone to respond. They blood test you daily, (which kinda sucked) and you also have to wear a portable heart monitoring system the entire time of your stay it was super uncomfortable, but both of these were so they can provide a higher level of care so it's understandable. The administration and social workers, or at least mine, were super quick, efficient, and informative. the food wasn't to bad either, they had several options to choose from althoughit was cold alott of the times I recived it. A few of the things I didn't like was although they test your blood every day. No one came in to inform me of any results or offered to answer questions or provide recommendations. The long response when the call button was hit was beyond frustrating. The cold food was a bummer, and you can't leave your room to smoke, get some sun or any other reason
