Andy Morris Rocks!!!! Andy is my definite go to guy for all things insurance. My family has 3 off road vehicles, a trailer and two regular cars. I also have my ranch property insured with Andy. A while back one of my  kiddos had a mishap  and the phone call to Andy was made.  He was fantastic. He took the time to calm my kiddo down and made the process easy by talking them through, step by step. Everything was handled smoothly and quickly. I am so thankful to have Andy here for us that I refer all my clients, friends and family to him. Over the years Andy has saved us money, time and stress. We have the confidence that our policies offer us great coverage at a great price and we have the amount of coverage we need. If you ever wonder about your own policies, you should totally give Andy a call. Let him look over what you have and he will let you know if he can do something even better for ya.

We have been with Farmers Insurance for 30 years as loyal customers, and with Andrew Morris for the last few. After several issues and multiple situations where we felt completely let down and lacking the customer service and transparency we needed, we finally decided to switch to another agent while remaining loyal to Farmers Insurance. The day we switched to another Farmers Insurance Agent we learned we have been inadvertently paying higher rates for home and auto insurances although we have been qualifying for significant discounts. Andy's lack of interest and lack of customer service has caused not only disappointing service but also costed us $$!!!!He also missed to provide to us the accurate costs for coverage by disregarding important items like ceiling fire sprinklers, odometer readings for drastically reduced commute mileage since the pandemic, and even earthquake insurance (as we learned today from our new agent). All these adjustments come with big savings that we have missed out on.  Our new agent looked at our multiple insurance policies and found ways to combine them differently while giving us better coverage and significant $$$ savings. As documentation please see all the refunds we got from Farmers after our new Farmers agent revised our coverage / policies!!! Andrew Morris had been overcharging us for all these $$ and for all these years! Andy Morris had many years to look at our policies and figure this out but he obviously didn't. We were more than patient ... ten years is a long time to wait for something to happen.
