Best management team I've experienced anywhere. Everyone is super helpful and ready to answer any questions I have. The entire process from applying to moving in was very easy and straightforward. The community is calm and peaceful, and there are so many benefits as well. Just to name a few: solar panels, 1Gbps internet, built in 240V plug for EV charging, smart home, beautiful community amenities and so much more. This has made my experience living here wonderful and I couldn't recommend it more. Also, all brand new!

My wife and I stumbled upon Tricon Wildomar while searching for our first home together and after a quick tour we knew this place was the one. The whole move in process has been amazing thanks to Brittany, Robin and Joe and they continue to be a great team. Now as residents we love it here and are happy to call this place home.

We just moved into the tricon residential homes, and it was amazing! Me and my mother have been going through a rough losing my grandfather and not being able to stay in the place we lived with him, but Katherine and Brittany were amazing in helping us through the process and doing everything to make sure we got the place! Katherine helped us day or night getting out application in and making sure it got processed, and once we came to ask some questions at the commutiy house brittany was there to show us the new home and talk us through the area! We also can't forget Robin! She was the one who showed us around and really sold us on the place with the first tour and telling us how to apply. You girls were awesome!! We are so grateful for our new tricon residential home
