For the last 3 years plus we have been using Giant RV repair for a array of services from Firefly issues, floor repair and main circuit board and finally installing a tow bar on our jeep. Each and every time they have done superb work on our 2019 Palazzo. Will , (William) from day one is and has been our rep, Will has always been professional, knowledgeable and always tried to schedule our repairs quickly. And yes, there's also his sense of humor! I strongly reccomend Giant RV repair for all your service needs, the prices are responsible and they go the distance if its under warranty. The friendly staff all work together behind the scene to get the job done. Thank you..Giant Rv repair!
