Had issues with a leaking pressure tank. Called in on Monday morning and Marco and Shawn arrived in afternoon. Both were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Marco noted an electrical safety problem right away. They quickly and efficiently fixed the original problem and since my tank was over 30 years old, I asked about replacing it. Marco agreed and said he would call later in the week. On Wednesday afternoon, Marco called to say he could replace the pressure tank that afternoon. Marco arrived later in the afternoon and in a short time replaced the pressure tank and made sure the wiring was correct and safe. It was good the old tank was replaced after examining it, it was way past time to replace. Now I have much cleaner water. Thanks to Marco, Shawn and B&B Pumps!!! I will use this company again if needed and recommend it highly!!

B & B Pump Service certainly demonstrates old fashion customer service. I had a dry well indicator on my controller with my potable 5,000 gallon tank completely empty. I called another well service provider that proceeded to wrongly assume a particular equipment failure cause and send me a quote to replace the well pump and motor. I then contacted B & B and got Marco the owner. After asking a couple of questions he directed me to make an adjustment to the pump controller - he is very knowledgeable. With that I was able to get the pump to limp along and refill my tank. He explained that the pump motor was showing its age and would eventually need replacing but this could buy time. He then offered to come by at look at what I had. After a full day's work, he came by. After making some measurements on the controller with his test meter, he made an adjustment that eliminated the intermittent error and the system now is operating normally. He asked to give him an update in a month to see how things are going. All this and Marco did not charge me a nickle. It's service like this you don't find anymore. When the old motor finally gives out, you can bet that B & B Pump Service will get the job to replace it. I give them my 100% endorsement.
