the ac was holding water because the outlet pipe wasn't slanted properly to allow water to flow back into the unit and then into the basement floor drain. this issue was fixed by malachi, but he also pointed out that the drain tubing might be blocked in the future. He showed me how I could quickly and easily unclog it. furthermore, malachi also lengthened the drain pipe and added a small angled piece to ensure that the water drained directly into the drain, rather than falling short and causing a mold trail to the drain as it had been doing in winnetka.

We had an issue with a frozen pipe in our multi-unit building's radiant heating system. Kyle and Seth arrived, and despite dealing with a less-than-cooperative resident, they tirelessly worked to locate the frozen section. They successfully thawed it and had the heat circulating smoothly again. We constantly rely on this AC repair company and they've always produced excellent results. Thanks to Kyle and Seth.
