I'm not sure who you signed up for housing with, but you can not simply send in an application to these types of apartments you have to be referred here by LASHA or LA Family Housing or referred by the Homeless Shelter you currently live in. Or are working with a Navigator given to you through your shelter or Department of Mental Health. You can also get housing here if you served for our country or have a physical medical condition. Those are the only people that can live at this residents. In a nut shell you need to have a referral from one of the places mentioned above. You maybe referred a few other ways not mentioned above that I don't know about but those are the ones I do know. If the ppl you signed up for housing with didn't put a referral in for you that's why your not getting in. They have to do it not you.
