        Theres plenty of great reviews about Pedro, but hes THAT good that I thought the manager or Store owner of this location needed to hear it from me. Pedro not only exudes the character of a world class customer service associate, he actually empathizes with his employs and treats every customer with the same world class service. He saved me by helping me setup service for a phone I needed for work. He also helped me keep my ACP plan although the company was going to remove it. By far the best customer service I received from a MetroPCS at ANY location Ive been to. And Ive had MetroPCS for 8yrs, so that says a lot. Go Pedro! Hes gonna be somebody major in the Future. A successful businessman of some sort

        Pedro is the most knowledgeable and honest from the bunch of west valley stores. Great professional service. Seems like he is the only one that really does customer service there !
