Customer service was top notch!
I had a new light fixture replaced in my dining room. I'm so happy with the service and the work speaks for itself. My home looks beautiful. Their response time was so prompt I couldn't believe it. The pricing was accurate with no hidden fees. The tech was very polite and cleaned up after himself. There are a dime a dozen electricians out there but I found a gem. Lifesaver is the first word that comes to mind when I think of ​Hoffer Electric​ and their ​24 hour electrician los angeles​ services not just because he got my power back on so my A/C could work, all of this on a Sunday afternoon but, more importantly, because he discovered two potential fire hazards in my existing electrical system and A/C unit. Hoffer Electric quoted me an excellent price to fix everything, said immediately when they were available, arrived, and finished ahead of schedule! Amazing! Their ​residential electrician services ​are top notch!
Not only was he on time, friendly, and got the job done he took the time to answer a lot of questions I had about the situation. He even took my phone call twice as I was bugging him about some other stuff after the job was over.
Great guy. Great service. He is my go to electrician from now on.
