Incredibly happy and now stress-free thanks to City Plumbing and Rooter! Our disposal was broken, sink was clogged, and faucet difficult to turn on and off, making it extremely hard to go about our normal routine.Their family-owned operation and dog-friendly mascot is what originally caught our attention. Within no time, we had our appointment scheduled and conveniently around our work schedule too.
Our technician Manny came and assessed our issues. He was respectful, professional and educative in explaining our options in full detail. There was no pressure to purchase expensive components nor trying to sell us into a big project like we were afraid of. Instead, he was able to recommend several options that fit our home needs. Extra points for being friendly to our dog who is always nosey when guests come over!
We were able to get all our plumbing issues fixed the same day. We're extremely happy with the overall speed, flexibility, thoroughness and professionalism of City Plumbing and Rooter. We look forward to recommending you guys to our family and friends!

Had a problem with clogged kitchen & laundry room drain and decided to call City Plumbing and Rooter Co. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and welcoming dispatcher, Joanna, who quickly and professionally accepted my order, and then called me back to inform that the technician was on his way to my house.
I am very pleased with the job that was done by technician Oscar. He was very polite and professional. He quickly cleared the drain and tested it. Oscar also answered all my questions regarding the various services his company provides.
I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their help in the future for inspection, repair or replacement of the sewer components in my house. Thanks a lot to City Plumbing and Rooter for the fast and reliable service performed on 03/20/23. Service: Drain cleaning

I've used City Plumbing and Router for a variety of jobs around my house and they're always my first call. I moved into a house that was built in the 1960s so I knew there might be some issues. Right away I had to dig up my driveway and replace a large section of old clay pipe that was clogging constantly. They did a great job getting out the old pipe and replacing it, I haven't had any issues since. I also thought I had drainage in my back yard, but it was done very poorly so as soon as the heavy rains came water backed up into my house. Paul came back out, looked at what we had and came up with a plan to add drainage to the street, we've also added large drains by our sliding door, a pump system, and backup drain to keep water out of our house. They've always been great about coming out quickly, finding a solution, and being able to start quickly to solve my issues. the bathtub faucet was not working property, had no pressure.
after several attempts from insurance with different plumbers, finally contracted City Plumbing and Rooter, right away they knew what the problem was after received authorization from the insurance the faucet was fixed, and now works perfectly, better then new.
