If you like to go to the gym for 3 or more hours I dont recommend coming here because you will need to pay for the parking! Very disappointing.

This location gone down hill and staff don't seems to actually care. They took out the unisex bathroom on the main floor and turned it into a storage, why? Basketball court is always dirty with trash if one comes before the cleaners do in the morning. No dustmop is left with dust visible on the court. All other locations leave out dustmop so members can do it themselves except this one, why? The basketball court is slippery with dust but they don't seem to care that someone can get injured as result.

More concerned with an audit than their annual pass members satisfaction. If youre traveling a lot or having issues with your payment, go to a different gym. Dont bother coming here and telling them youre waiting for your paycheck for the card on file to process in less than a week, they wont care. They pretended like they didnt have my card information. Ok, then what processing fee am I looking at on my end? Jeez

To whom it may concern.
This club used to be so top notch but not most of the treadmills are broken and dont work. A lot of the machines are broken and stay broken. The ab machines are torn up, the club is absolutely filthy!!!
They recently took the restroom out and turned it into a storage room on the gym floor. So I now I have to walk downstairs every time I need to use the restroom. Its absolutely ridiculous that they did that. Its so inconvenient for me if Im on a tight schedule and need to get a quick workout in. Today I had to go down 3 different times to use the restroom. I drink a lot of water to stay hydrated during my workouts.
Most of the stairmasters dont work either. The lockrooms are absolutely filthy and smell like sewage. They dont even have a swim suit dryer anymore.
This club is terrible now. What do I have to do get someones attention to fix these issues?
The equipment needs to be addressed, the restroom upstairs, the cleanliness, maybe get new equipment? I know this gym makes a lot of money on high monthly memberships. So whats the issue?
Please send a higher up and address these issues. Will be posting this on yelp too and all other sites
