Ken is a very nice and honest person. I swung by on a Saturday just about closing time with some questions. He went out of his way and hooked up his scanner to my mini Cooper and popped the hood and said it was the valve cover. I changed out the cover but I still have the misfire problem but I will be back. I trust him.

Ive been a loyal customer of Kens ever since he fixed my timing belt a few years ago. He never fails to impress me with his honesty, thoroughness, speed, and efficiency.
