        I called on the phone asking to get a brake and light inspection for a salvage title car. They said I could come in. I missed my class to get it done and waited for 3 hours, only for them to say they dont do salvage title cars. They just said sorry we cant do this here you have to go somewhere else. 3 hours of my time were wasted and they did not offer anything to make up for the time they killed. Completely unprofessional. I dont know why they told me to come to the store in the first place if its a service they do not provide.

        Recently had a set of tires installed along with a front end alignment. The wait was a little longer than expected BUT I will say NO ONE was standing around doing nothing! EVERYONE was working and they stayed after closing to get cars back to the customers. I didn't mind the wait at all.

        The staff were wonderful and accommodating. They went out of their way to fit my car's tire replacement into their busy schedule when I had a flat. Waiting in the lobby area was quiet and comfortable. While I did have to wait quite some time due to the fact that I didn't have an appointment, I was grateful that they fit me in the day of rather than sending me away.
