PB&J Real Estate was recommended to me and my wife by our close friends who had worked with Patrick and Rebecca and we are very happy with their service. Patrick and Rebecca were friendly and easy to work with and it was evident they genuinely cared about finding the RIGHT home for us and not just the first available home. They did not leave any stone unturned, going door-to-door in our desired neighborhoods to find potential sellers and in one instance even bringing a homeowners favorite beer and accoutrements to a follow-up. Through our multi-year journey they shared in our excitement as well as the many setbacks and they were very patient with us. We never once felt pressured to lower our expectations or settle for the sake of closing a deal. They reassured us everything would fall into place when the time was right for us. In the crazy sellers market of the past few years they even advised us, on occasion, to keep at least one contingency in place when submitting our offers. We missed out on some homes but, in hindsight, we are SO glad we did. Not only did we dodge many proverbial bullets but we ended up closing on the best home weve seen in our budget to date.
