Sego did a poor job installing our 240V EV outlet. - Panel upgrade estimated as a 6 hour job took 30 hours and left us without power during a snowstorm. - Electricians made a huge mess and left trash, parts, and tools all over our lawn and garage. - A week and a half later the outlet was installed...not in the location we'd requested. I'm giving 2 stars because they did (finally) get the job done and our house hasn't burned down...but I can't recommend them. --update-- While I appreciate the concessions we were paying what I'm pretty sure was a premium to get the job done well and without hassle, and that didn't happen. The workers that arrived at our house seemed poorly informed about the job, leading to delays and mistakes. And I don't accept that the overnight outage was entirely the inspector's fault given that your team was still hard at work on the box at 10:30 pm. My critical review is not a personal attack...most of the folks I interacted with at your company were friendly and seemed like they wanted to help. But it was not a job well done. I've added a couple of photos of materials left at our house, in the interest of documentation.

Everything about my EV charger estimate/installation/inspection experience with Sego Builders was exceptional. Sego Builders communicated with me every step of the way. My installation was in a multi-floor condo and had some complications that Sego handled very well. Im very pleased with the final installation and would recommend Sego without reservations! Thanks!

Tyler installed a high voltage ev outlet for me. He listened to what I wanted and installed it just how I wanted it. The installation also looks better than I expected.
