Little restaurant in out of the way location but when you find it, it'll surprise you. We had the Traditional Ceviche Tostada, delicious !

I gotta say it's been many years since I can actually say I've tried if not the best aguachile ever! In my opinion. I just had it yesterday and I'm already salivating over a delicious aguachile tostada from tipsy tacos again! And need I say the Quesabirria tacos are also I cannot believe I waited this long to try this gem of a place. I highly recommend it.

Im a taco snob why? Because my uncles used to sell tacos in Tijuana and they know how to marinate meat. Anyways, this place blew me away because they make their horchata from scratch and you can taste the refreshingness of the horchata versus powder ones that are too sweet and make you thirstier. the first thing I tasted was the rice, I was like does the rice pass the test? Well it does, very nicely flavored aaaaand cooked to perfection, not too hard and not soggy. The beans have a very good flavor only thing I would recommend is queso fresco on the beans versus the shredded cheese, it takes away from the beans where as the fresco compliments. And the meat is also really really good, many taco places put too much fatty meat and or like carlifhe you cant even chew, I cant tell you how many times Ive had to spit out meat into a napkin, like I have human teeth, no de Tiger. Anyways, this places meat is tender and edible 100% and very well seasoned. Perfect char and juicy! I had three, they say street style size tacos although seem, however seemed bigger on the plate. I ate them with one of the two tortillas given and get this?! The tortilla didnt break besides being the sole provider #ImDead #SoDelicious anyways ya comi, ya beb, ya me voy de aqu. Squeeze some lemon on that rice ay pap. Oh and they had jamz playing
