I've been taking my children to Little Smiles Dentistry for the past five years and couldn't be happier with the service. What I appreciate most is their ability to accommodate both my neurodivergent and typical child with the same level of care and understanding. The staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful, making each visit a positive experience for us. I highly recommend Little Smiles Dentistry for families looking for a caring and inclusive dental practice.

Take your kids and run!!! They pressure you to do so much work on your babies and all under anesthesia, & will not compromise. The staff is Unprofessional & everyone there needs to be retrained. The girl at the front desk had my childrens last names incorrect and tried to say she wrote it as what it said on the insurance cards and they were correct.like if I dont know my own childs name. Then they submitted a refferal to the insurance for the work I never even agreed to doing with them!

Perfect experience for my son! You can tell Dr. Jimenez is a pro. He calmed my frightened 2 year old and soothed his fears. My boy has had a terrible experience at his last dentist that made him fearful of going to the dentist. We found Little Smiles in Yucaipa and visited with the wife. We explained our concerns and how my son hasn't had a nice experience ever. While skeptical at first, we saw how the staff interacted with him and made him comfortable. They have top level patience. The examination was a breeze and my son left feeling way better than he ever has leaving a dentist. The practices and philosophy at Little Smiles made the drive worth it for my family and thankful we found my sons dentist.

They over diagnose to receive maximum insurance payouts! Do not take your child here! Thankfully I am in the dental field and noticed the red flags. The women dentist said my 7 year old needed a silver crown with possible root canal and multiple sealants that could later need fillings & that this all had to be done under general anesthesia because my daughter would be to nervous. When I asked for other options she said they did not have other options and couldnt do porcelain or any other material to make it white. When I told her I would wait and ask the doctor I work for she said she would not recommend waiting , trying to guilt me & said she knows no one else can do a different material because it was unheard of. Well I took the X-rays (which were poorly taken) and sure enough she was wanting to do more work on my child then what was actually necessary. She actually only needed an occlusal filling and was able to do it all under nitrous with no issues. The dentist at Riverside childrens dentist actually complimented how well behaved and perfect patients my children were. Why do they resort to putting our children asleep for such minimal work & why do they want to do more work than what is needed? All for the most insurance payout. Avoid this place at all cost, they are unprofessional, and rude to you if you ask questions! The only nice thing I can say is they have nice decorations, I guess thats how they earn their 1 star.
