TAB has been an incredible experience for working on my business. As a small business owner I'm deeply involved with the day to day operations of my business. While I understand the importance of " working on my business" not just "working in my business" finding the time is a huge challenge. With my monthly TAB meeting and 1 on 1 coaching from my TAB facilitator, Bob Dodge, I know spend the focused time to determine the path of success for my business and me personally.

Having an Advisory Board that has so much business experience means that I feel I have great support with every decision I have to make. I have brought forward several difficult issues, and Bob and the Board have helped me make the best decisions for my business. Over the past decade I have participated on TAB Denver West's peer advisory board and made life long friends that I can call on as a CEO to talk about issues or opportunities that come my way. I also continue to call on Blair Koch, TAB Denver West, when I want to talk about staff issues, etc. Most recently, I called on Blair to be a coach for my Director of Operations as she starts to manage a bigger team.
