It was necessary for my project that I duplicate some of the utility room's existing floor tile. Even though they didn't have what I was looking for in stock, the staff at Aurora Flooring were quite helpful in guiding me in the right direction. For the duration of my hunt, they were attentive and helpful beyond measure. When I finally asked where I could find what I needed, they pointed me in the direction of a different company.

My spouse and I visited Aurora Flooring. Attempting to get anything done while still caring for my two young children was a huge challenge. However, the wonderful personnel made up for it. While one salesperson assisted us in making a floor choice, the other brought out coloring papers for our children to enjoy while we browsed. EMPHASIS ON FAMILY MEMBERS! All in all, we're quite pleased with the outcome, and the new flooring has transformed the room. The installers handled our project with professionalism and kept us updated at every stage.
