Boulder Commons Living

Boulder Commons is a great apartment complex. It's mostly brand new with further construction occurring. The buildings are clean and well laid out and compared to older units in the adjacent areas, this is by far the winner. The staff (JJ and Merissa) are awesome and helpful. The maintenance staff (Tony) is awesome. If there is a problem, he swings by immediately (surprising given how many units he needs to oversee). He is never confused and somehow always knows what the problem is. Also important: most of the staff live on premises which means tenants and staff are all part of the community, which makes me feel much safer in situations where any technical issues arise. This area lucked out with the addition of Boulder Commons!

Living at Boulder Commons has been a great experience. Aside from how great the units are, the staff has been exceptional. Working with JJ, Merissa and Tony have made living here a seamless experience. They are very attentive and reliable with any issues that may arise.

I cannot recommend Boulder Commons Living @ Pearl more highly. The units are great functionally and aesthetically. The location of the buildings is amazing. And the property managers ... Merissa, JJ, and Tony ... are the best I have ever worked with / leased from!

One of the best communities I have toured and visited. JJ and Marissa were amazing!!! While we ended up changing our move in to later next year 2024. The entire process from start to almost finish was seamless and flawless. JJ and Marissa answered all of our questions, answered countless emails and calls from us within minutes (hard to come by) They provided detailed pricing, videos and tours for each unit. Both were very attentive and helped us pick the right unit. Truly one of the best experiences for apartment hunting. Very excited to call this home next year. Thank you team! Keep up the great work.

Boulder Commons Living is a one-of-a-kind top-tier residence. A shout-out and thank you to Tony (manager of maintenance) and JJ for delivering a 250-pound wine cooler in my apartment, and unboxing it with care. I do not know of any apartment complexes that cater in the capacity I have witnessed as a resident of Boulder Commons. Certain people may feel that the rent is expensive, but it is worth every dollar. You get what you pay for and that is 5-star service. However it was not in Tony or JJs job description to move a wine cooler because a vendor/delivery service decided to leave the large package in the mail room. Might I add I had the (unnamed) delivery service set up for a delivery/ installation. However, without asking, Tony delivered it to my door with a smile on his face. There is a great team that works here. I feel very lucky and happy as a resident of Boulder Commons Living.
