I was traveling from TX and had AC problems. They were able to get my vehicle worked into the schedule quickly, diagnosed and fixed within my time frame. Also was traveling back thru Boulder about a week later and thought I still had an issue. They took it back in and did a full re-check. These folks are great. Their prices are fair and their work is always excellent. We have been going to them for > 25 years and will continue to do so until we stop owning cars. Highly recommended.

Had a ball joint go on my 2013 outback. Needless to say this is a costly fix, I know because I was a Service Writer for repair shops for 15 years. Greg handled the situation with professionalism and to the point diagnosis. They had my car done in a few business days and for a very fair price due to Greg's effort to find fairly priced Subaru parts for my car. There was even a noise after, but they found a non-genuine bolt causing the noise and repaired it immediately with minimal additional cost. I would highly recommend Independent Motors for car maintenance and repairs. 5 stars and thumbs up! Service: Steering & suspension repair
