The truffles are good, but the desserts in the refrigerated case at the back of the store are the best. Tiramisu, whiskey business, and the chocolate mousse bomb are all good options

This place was great! We took the Easter bunny chocolate class and it was so much fun. Sara and Riley were fun and efficient instructors. We made several Easter treats - giant eggs, puffy bunnies, fat sheep, etc. We're planning to sign up for other classes. Update: we took the Lava Cake & Chocolate Mousse class. It was, again, lots of fun and our instructor, Nick, was efficient and friendly.

I just had the best passion fruit tart in a while there. I love it!

Absolutely beautiful selection of patisserie and cakes. Quaint shop at the end of pearl, perfect stop on the way to or from the walnut parking garage. Super friendly staff that will talk baking all day if you want. I got the salted caramel chocolate cake, salted brownie, and the passion fruit bomb. The cake was perfectly layered, and I would have a pot of that caramel mousse. The brownie was fudge and rich but not so much so that you can eat one by yourself. The finally was the bomb. Tart like the fruit and so gorgeous it was sad to break it.

I went to a class here with my boyfriend for my birthday... They didn't have space for everyone so we weren't able to stand next to one another without being squished. The staff was kind trying to accommodate my wanting to be next to him, but I had no elbow room and no one else at the table did either... The station they had set up for me was at a high traffic corner so I had to move every few minutes for someone to pass by... And they didn't have enough supplies for everyone to keep the recipe moving along smoothly. I heard them mention that's a constant problem in their classes, not having enough supplies like scales for people. I would say it's a good experience with nice people but very very poor planning. Class sizes should be capped so the people who are there can have a nice time. Very bad experience for myself and very disappointed. Classes like this are usually a gift for people, or to celebrate a special occasion, and this didn't feel that way.
